Sarah
Scott,
a high school junior from Auburn, Washington is currently
studying and living in
Germany. She lives with a host family in the small village of
Wurselen,
just outside of Aachen. Sarah and her family have hosted students
from
Germany, Japan and Australia.
The Scott family
hosted a number of students
through World Families. "I think it was the first student we
hosted
from Japan that filled Sarah with a sense of wonder about people of the
world," shared Sarah's mother Lorrie. Sarah has also volunteered
many
hours with World Families, assisting with general office duties and
program
awareness
